When sending valuable or important documents domestically or internationally, Registered Post provides an added layer of security and peace of mind.

⚠️ Important Lodgment Notice:

To receive your proof of posting and official receipt, all Registered Post articles must be lodged over the counter at our main Matafele branch, or at one of our four Savai'i district post offices (Salelologa, Fagamalo, Siliua, or Asau). Articles dropped into street posting boxes will not receive a proof of posting receipt and may experience processing delays.

For Registration Service a standard service fee of $ 18.00, is added on top of your postage, base on the type and weight of your mail item.

Person-to-Person Delivery Policy

To ensure maximum security, Person-to-Person articles are delivered directly to the named addressee, with the following exceptions:

Minors: If the addressee is a minor, the article may be delivered to a parent or legal guardian.
Authorized Representatives: Delivery can be made to a nominated person if the addressee has provided prior written authorization to Samoa Post.
Discretionary Adjustments: If physical delivery to the addressee is impractical, alternative arrangements may be made at Samoa Post's sole discretion.
