Letter Box Services Samoa Post offers secure letter box services for both private individuals and business customers. These boxes are available at two convenient locations: the Matafele Main Post Office and the Salelologa Post Office.

We offer three types of letter box services to suit your needs. An annual subscription fee is required for the rental and maintenance of your box:

• Small Private Box ($170.00 / year): Ideal for private individuals and residential customers.

• Large Private Box ($200.00 / year): Ideal for standard business needs.

• Private Mail Bag ($250.00 / year): Designed for government ministries and businesses with a heavy mail flow, offering enhanced security and higher volume capacity.

How to Apply: To secure your private letter box, simply download and complete our application form, then present it in person at either the Matafele Chief Post Office or the Salelologa Post Office.
