Withdrawals of posted items, is not allowed and are only offered, if you have a valid reason for withdrawal. If you need to do so, you can contact us:

The cost of withdrawal is for domestic item is $2.00 per article, and International is $10.00 per article (Letter, Printed Matter or Small packet), plus:
- the cost of any telephone calls
- the cost of any electronic messages
- Return postage.
